Every apartment sits in the same complex — Pekárenský dvůr. The part that matters for a group: they are not scattered around the building, they form two complete blocks — each one filling a single floor.

For a longer-term arrangement we are happy to block out potential dates and hold the capacity for you — with no payment up front.
Does a manager travel to Brno on a regular rhythm? We will put together individual terms for repeating stays — the same apartment for three nights every second week, for instance.
We can arrange a booking for the meeting room in the complex, by the reception — your session is minutes from the apartments.

Every Deluxe apartment has a reserved garage space right by the lift — arrive with luggage and skip the hunt for parking.
Late arrivals are not a problem. There is always someone at reception to meet a guest and point them the right way.
A fully equipped kitchen means a longer stay is not condemned to restaurants — and breakfast takes minutes.
Morning coffee, lunch and a workout without leaving the complex. Gym entry is free for guests.
